Each session explores a different folk dance style, beginning with a short introduction to its history, culture, and traditions, followed by learning the basic steps and an enjoyable choreography, often inspired by modern Bollywood interpretations.

A fun and immersive experience open to everyone, perfect for those who wish to explore India's vibrant cultural heritage through dance.

Not at all. Most of our courses welcome complete beginners, and in your free trial class the teacher will help you find the right path.

Kids’ courses welcome children from around 6 years old; for adults and teens there is no age limit.

Comfortable clothes and a bottle of water. We dance barefoot or in non-slip socks.
