Designed for adults with little or no previous experience, this course begins with a full-body warm-up set to music, followed by technical exercises and engaging choreographies inspired by pop music and a variety of contemporary dance styles.
More than just a dance class, it is an opportunity to improve coordination, posture, flexibility, and self-confidence while enjoying the pleasure of dancing in a welcoming and motivating environment. No previous experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm and enjoy the journey.

Kids’ courses welcome children from around 6 years old; for adults and teens there is no age limit.
Comfortable clothes and a bottle of water. We dance barefoot or in non-slip socks.
